Go Green Baby is not responsible for lost, damaged or redirected packages. Canadian customers can expect to receive their orders within approximately 2-10 business days of shipment. All of our products are shipped using standard Canada Post Expedited shipping.

All orders are subject to additional shipping charges. Go Green Baby has the right to make changes to the shipping charges applied on your order. If changes are made you will be notified by email and will be given the option of continuing with shipment or modifying product delivery.

All orders will be processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days of receiving payment.

After placing an order online, a confirmation email will be sent to the email you provided us during checkout. The email will contain all details of your order (products ordered, billing and shipping information, and order number).

If there are any changes to the processing and shipping of your order, you will be contacted immediately via email.

After receiving your confirmation email, you can expect to receive your order within approximately 5-10 business days. This is an approximation and can change based on shipping location.

All orders are subject to Canadian provincial and federal taxation guidelines. Orders shipped within Ontario will be charged 5% GST and 8% PST. Cloth diapers, diaper covers, baby shoes and baby clothing are PST exempt in Ontario; therefore, you will not be charge PST on any of these items. All other Canadian orders will be charged 5% GST.

All sales, discounts and vouchers at Go Green Baby are subject to the approval of Go Green Baby. All sales are FINAL. Discounts and vouchers cannot be combined unless approved by Go Green Baby.

If you would like to make any changes to your order or cancel your order, please contact Natalie via email at natalie@go-greenbaby.ca or telephone at 613 344 0390 immediately. Changes and cancellations can only be made prior to shipment.

Returning or Exchanging your Order

If for any reason you are unhappy with a product purchased at Go Green Baby, you will have 14 days from receipt of your purchase to contact Go Green Baby via email at natalie@go-greenbaby.ca or telephone at 613 344 039 for an exchange. NO REFUNDS will be allowed on any products at any time.

Customers paying by Paypal will also be responsible for any Paypal Fees incurred by Go Green Baby.

A 10% Restocking fee may be applied to all cancelled orders, all exchanges and all returns. Why a restocking fee? Once you place an order, we work hard to put your order together. We use time, shipping supplies (boxes,tape) and our vehicle to get your order to you. All of which costs money!

All shipping charges are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for any shipping charges related to the return or exchange of a product.

Carefully examine all products upon receipt of orders! If you have received an incorrect product (wrong size, color or product) in your order please contact Natalie via email at natalie@go-greenbaby.ca or telephone at 613 344 0390. We will be happy to exchange the correct product for you. You will be required to ship the original incorrect product back to us. Once we receive the product, we will ship the correct product to you. Go Green Baby will cover any costs related to shipment of incorrect items.

If you have received a product with a defect in your order please contact Natalie via email at natalie@go-greenbaby.ca or telephone at 613 344 0390. We will be happy to replace your product. You will be required to ship the your defective product back to us. Once we receive the product, we will ship the correct item to you. Go Green Baby will cover any expenses related to shipment of defective products.
