Here are a few details to note:

*We are not an in stock store. Because we have a very busy retail store and an in-store point of sale system that is not connect to our website, we cannot manage the stock levels. If you order an item that is not in stock, we will let you know immediately! You can then choose to wait for the item to be back in stock, modify your  order or cancel your order. We try our best to order products within Canada to help our customers. Canadian manufacturers and distributors typical ship quickly. So often, we can have your item within 1-2 weeks.

* We work Tuesday to Saturday 10:00am to 4:00pm. We are a family run business, and as such have 3 young children that want us to spend time with them. We love our customers and clients, but unfortunately we love our children more! We often do answer emails after hours, so if you have a question or concern, send along an email and we will most likely answer within a short period of time.

*Personal care products, diapers, creams, lotions, soaps and bedding are not returnable - for obvious reasons!
